- Write about at least one experience you had over break that made you feel happy. Where were you? How did it bring you happiness? How long was this activity? Did you notice any particular smells? Were you alone…if not who were you with? Did you plan on this activity or did it just happen?
- Now take some time to write about what you did over break that made you unhappy. Why were you unhappy? Were you alone or with others? What was your mood? Could you have prevented this? Could you have accomplished a different outcome? What did you learn from this experience?
